Volunteer mentor with Colombo Mentoring Circle
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka

- Since 2010
- English, Sinhala
For 16 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I play music while people worked.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Lakshmi: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
