Viola Chiara De Rosa
Engineering mentor, Rome
- 🇮🇹 Rome, Lazio, Italy
- Ashford Foundation
- 2006 to 2025
- English
For 19 years I've mentored people in engineering and public speaking. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Viola: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
