Rosa Ferretti
Mentor in engineering and law school
- 🇮🇹 Latina, Lazio, Italy
- Lotus Association
- Since 2010
- Italian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 480 people through Lotus Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Rosa
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
