Sofia Bianca Sartori
Engineering mentor, Bergamo
- 🇮🇹 Bergamo, Lombardy, Italy
- Bergamo Youth Network
- Since 2010
- Italian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 830 people through Bergamo Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Sofia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Sofia: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
