Viola Angela De Rosa
Leadership mentor, Rome
- 🇮🇹 Rome, Lazio, Italy
- Since 2011

For 15 years I've mentored people in leadership and public speaking. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

What gifts mean to Viola: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first leadership job in 2014. I still have your notes. Greetings from San Diego.
