Vino Ilham Firmansyah
Volunteer mentor with Jakarta Foundation
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- Jakarta Foundation
- 2018 to 2025
- English, Indonesian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 380 people through Jakarta Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Vino
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
