Vinícius Silva
Volunteer mentor with Victory Community Trust
- 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
- Victory Community Trust
- 1985 to 1997

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 710 people through Victory Community Trust.
I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

You helped me get my first small business job in 1998. I still have your notes.
