Vinícius João Farias

Small business mentor, Fortaleza

  • 🇧🇷 Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil
  • Fortaleza Community Trust
  • 1991 to 1999
  • Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 260 people through Fortaleza Community Trust. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

What gifts mean to Vinícius: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
