Helping people break into teaching
- 🇧🇷 Santos, São Paulo, Brazil
- Baobab Mentoring Circle
- 2009 to 2020
- Portuguese
For eleven years I've mentored people in teaching and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Vinícius
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
