Vincent Richard Nkrumah
Mentor in design and engineering
- 🇬🇭 Tarkwa, Western, Ghana
- Lotus Association
- 1992 to 2023
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,150 people through Lotus Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Vincent
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
