Janet Araba Larbi
Nursing mentor, Tamale
- 🇬🇭 Tamale, Northern, Ghana
- Tamale Community Trust
- 2003 to 2012
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 400 people through Tamale Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Janet: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
