Vinayak H. Rathod
Coached rugby for 38 years in New Delhi
- 🇮🇳 New Delhi, Delhi, India
- 1984 to 2022
- English, Gujarati
For 38 years I ran the rugby program at Elmwood Swimming Club in New Delhi. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
What gifts mean to Vinayak: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
