I've coached dance at Lincoln Sports Club since 2013. Most of my players were between 12 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Victoria
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Victoria: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
