Víctor Vargas
Mentor in law school and entrepreneurship
- 🇨🇴 Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia
- Medellín Community Trust
- 2009 to 2023
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 310 people through Medellín Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Víctor
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
