Gustavo A. Ávila
Mentor in careers and leadership
- 🇨🇴 Envigado, Antioquia, Colombia
- Envigado Youth Network
- Since 1998
- Spanish, French
For 28 years I've mentored people in careers and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
I'm still learning every day.
