Véronique Florence Roy
Youth boxing coach and mentor
- 🇫🇷 Nîmes, Occitanie, France
- 2015 to 2025
- French
For ten years I ran the boxing program at Nîmes Athletic Club in Nîmes. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learned every name in the first week.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Véronique
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Véronique: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
