For 32 years I've run the cross country program at Paris Lotus Sports Club in Paris. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
