For 33 years I have been the art teacher at Bamboo Primary School. I teach Grade 4 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've run the chess club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I walk the dog by the river.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Verónica: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
