Utami Tan
Mentor in design and public speaking
- 🇮🇩 Ubud, Bali, Indonesia
- Ubud Youth Network
- Since 2012
- English, Indonesian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 670 people through Ubud Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Utami
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
