I coached rowing at Rome St. Anne's Youth Club from 1989 to 2025. Most of my players were between 8 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Ugo
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Ugo: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
