Coach Riccardo
Chess coach, Acacia Community Club
- 🇮🇹 Catania, Sicily, Italy
- Acacia Community Club
- 1984 to 1998
- Italian
I coached chess at Acacia Community Club from 1984 to 1998. Most of my players were between 11 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turned anyone away.
More about Coach Riccardo
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
