Baking, done properly
- 🇺🇸 Bronx, New York, United States
- Little Bronx Trades Guild
- Since 1985
- English
My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 1985 in Bronx and I'm still there most mornings.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I'm learning the guitar.
More about Tyler
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Tyler: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
