Coached martial arts for ten years in Kingston

- 2008 to 2018
- English
For ten years I ran the martial arts program at Summit Athletic Club in Kingston. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learned every name in the first week.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Trevor: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
