Finance mentor, Setagaya
- 🇯🇵 Setagaya, Tokyo, Japan

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 540 people through Starlight Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Tomoko
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
