Thomas B. Dominguez
Youth cricket coach and mentor
- 🇦🇺 Melbourne, Victoria, Australia
- Melbourne Swimming Club
- Since 1993
- English
I've coached cricket at Melbourne Swimming Club since 1993. Most of my players were between 9 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
More about Thomas
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Thomas: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
