Themba E. Tshabalala
Master of weaving, now teaching apprentices
- 🇿🇦 Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa
- Northside Trades Guild
- Since 1990
- English, Afrikaans, French
I've worked in weaving since 1990. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 1,080 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.
