Tiling, done properly

I've worked in tiling from 1992 to 2008. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 460 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 13 years later for another job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
