Tharindu Udara De Silva
Gymnastics coach, Colombo Lincoln Athletic Club
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Colombo Lincoln Athletic Club
- Since 1995
- English, Sinhala
For 31 years I've run the gymnastics program at Colombo Lincoln Athletic Club in Colombo. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Tharindu
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
