Thành Trung Le
Volunteer mentor with Thủ Đức Foundation
- 🇻🇳 Thủ Đức, Hồ Chí Minh City, Vietnam
- Thủ Đức Foundation
- Since 1985
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 820 people through Thủ Đức Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Thành
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Thành: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
