Loan Phương Doan
Volunteer mentor with Cầu Giấy Community Trust
- 🇻🇳 Cầu Giấy, Hanoi, Vietnam
- Cầu Giấy Community Trust
- 1990 to 2012
- English, Vietnamese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,190 people through Cầu Giấy Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Loan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
