Teodoro F. Enriquez
Master of thatching, now teaching apprentices
- 🇵🇭 Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Little Pasig Repairs
- Since 1979
- English, Filipino
I've worked in thatching since 1979. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 1,220 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I answer every message, eventually.

If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Teodoro: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
