Tanya T. Hylton

Sitar and jazz teacher

  • 🇯🇲 Half-Way Tree, Saint Andrew, Jamaica
  • Half-Way Tree Trinity Band
  • Since 1992
  • English
I play sitar and jazz. I started in 1992 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness. I teach about 19 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
