Takeshi Kazuo Nakagawa

Painter, potter and teacher at Kobe Art Collective

  • 🇯🇵 Kobe, Hyogo, Japan
  • Kobe Art Collective
  • 2012 to 2023
  • Japanese
I work mostly in mural painting, sometimes oil painting. My first show was in 2012 at Kobe Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. Most of my work is inspired by markets and street scenes. I fix old bicycles.

What gifts mean to Takeshi: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
