Sushma Durga Newar
Helping people break into design
- 🇳🇵 Bhaktapur, Bagmati, Nepal
- Brookfield Foundation
- 2009 to 2023
- English
For 14 years I've mentored people in design and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
More about Sushma
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
