Ganesh Umesh Baral

Volunteer mentor with Jacaranda Mentoring Circle

  • 🇳🇵 Biratnagar, Koshi, Nepal
  • Jacaranda Mentoring Circle
  • Since 2006
  • English, Nepali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 360 people through Jacaranda Mentoring Circle. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Ganesh: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
