Susana K. Soto
Master of painting and decorating, now teaching apprentices
- 🇲🇽 Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- Ciudad de México Workshop
- Since 1981
- Spanish
My trade is painting and decorating. I opened my own shop in 1981 in Ciudad de México and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 18 years later for another job.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Susana
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Susana: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
