Suresh Bijay Maharjan

Mentor in first-generation students and leadership

  • 🇳🇵 Lalitpur, Bagmati, Nepal
  • Mount Pleasant Youth Network
  • Since 1982
  • English, Nepali
For 44 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.

What gifts mean to Suresh: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
