Stijn Willem Van den Broek
Helping people break into engineering
- 🇳🇱 Eindhoven, North Brabant, Netherlands
- Beacon Youth Network
- 1993 to 2016
- Dutch, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 990 people through Beacon Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Stijn
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
