Stijn Jesse De Bruijn

Professor of political science, Crown College

  • Crown College
  • 1997 to 2011
  • Dutch
I spent 14 years as a lecturer in political science at Crown College in Nijmegen. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more. Former students now work as a clerk and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Stijn: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
