I've spent 29 years as a lecturer in law at Amsterdam Polytechnic in Amsterdam. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a night-shift cleaner and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
More about Femke
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
