Sosina Tigist Regassa
Volunteer mentor with Adama Association
- 🇪🇹 Adama, Oromia, Ethiopia
- Adama Association
- 2014 to 2024
- English, Amharic
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 220 people through Adama Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
