Tadesse Endale Eshetu
Mentor in nursing and finance
- 🇪🇹 Adama, Oromia, Ethiopia
- Adama Association
- Since 1979
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,160 people through Adama Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
