Sophie Giraud
Coached boxing for 22 years in Brest
- 🇫🇷 Brest, Brittany, France
- Brest Sports Club
- 1994 to 2016
- English
For 22 years I ran the boxing program at Brest Sports Club in Brest. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I played music while people worked.
More about Sophie
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Sophie: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
