Helping people break into small business
- 🇦🇺 Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia
- Newcastle Community Trust
- Since 2011
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 780 people through Newcastle Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Sophia: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
