Sophia F. Nunez
Helping people break into farming
- 🇨🇦 Montréal, Quebec, Canada
- 1995 to 2013
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,080 people through Bayview Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Sophia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Sophia: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
