Careers mentor, Hải Phòng

- Hải Phòng Youth Network
- 1991 to 1999

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 420 people through Hải Phòng Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Thank you for stopping by.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Sơn: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
