Mentor in farming and leadership
- 🇻🇳 Nha Trang, Khánh Hòa, Vietnam

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,130 people through Nha Trang Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Vy: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
