Sofía L. Navarro

Volunteer mentor with Unity Mentoring Circle

  • 🇨🇴 Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia
  • Unity Mentoring Circle
  • Since 1981
  • Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,040 people through Unity Mentoring Circle. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. I'm still learning every day.
