For 28 years I've run the swimming program at Bekasi Pioneer Boxing Gym in Bekasi. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
