Slamet Hendra Nugroho

Youth hockey coach and mentor

  • Since 2010

For 16 years I've run the hockey program at Jakarta Selatan Youth Club in Jakarta Selatan. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I play music while people worked. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
